Went to KFC on a busy Friday lunch time two days after it opened. Staff was lovely even though they had other customers shouting at them and getting angry because they had been waiting 20 minutes for there food. Had no problem waiting you could see how hard they where trying! Definitely going back food was amazing and still hot even after my 30 mins drive home! Keep it up guys!!!
Visited on the 26th June, on behalf of my brother in law, who has just been allowed to eat normal food, after having a stroke, he loves KFC. I did have some concerns after reading the reviews, but everything was fine, staff, service and food all excellent, will be going back again, maybe worth the rest of you giving it another try.
Best kfc in Suffolk, had a rocky start when it opened so gathered bad reviews to start but now it's been open a while the quality is up Food was what I expect it to be so 5stars with the consideration of fast food quality. Service 4 start because the staff was a bit grumpy but not rude, can't blame then it was late and very dead Atmosphere? It's a modern clean kfc but it was dead so how much of an atmosphere can there really be

Just want to say what a fantastic set of staff April, Kieran et al and a great manager Liz. Always great food and a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. My mate Steve and I go in every week and it is always good. See you soon guys
We popped in yesterday. Due to teething problems the drive through was closed. Unable to order from the menu computers in the Lobby but the staff were friendly and provided us with a first class experience. Give this KFC time and it will be as good as the rest. Just be patient as all staff are receiving training and experience will come. Imagine your daughter or son starting a new job them times that by all the staff in there. Be patient or pop over to Mc Ds
Went to KFC Friday lunchtime 2 days after opening. Service was a bit slow to be expected as a newly opened place at a busy lunch time. Staff were friendly and worked extremely hard but unfortunately customers believed they could do the job faster themselves and were very rude. Dispite this staff was still smiling and never let the quality slip. The food was absolutely amazing too. Keep up the good work guys!
The only person who works drive thru on Monday mornings is by far the best drive thru person I have ever met. Really a great lad. Chips are always warm and cripsy. Popcorn is poppin'. Have never thrown anything in the bin except the bag. I forgot his name but he is honestly the best person I have ever met. Cheers y'all.
